Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Huusk knife. If for any reason you're not
completely satisfied, we make returns simple.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a
return — no questions asked. Whether it's not quite what you expected,
or you simply changed your mind, we'll take care of it.

How to Start a Return

Email us at service@huuskknives.com with your order number and let us
know you'd like to return your item. We'll reply within 1business day
with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

You do not need to explain why. You do not need to include original
packaging. We'll handle the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3
business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank
or card provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to
appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us
immediately at service@huuskknives.com with a photo. We'll send a
replacement or issue a full refund right away — no return required.

Want a different product instead? Just let us know when you reach out
and we'll help you swap to the right item.
